Welcome to Natural Treasure Labs Private Limited ("NTL", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.naturaltreasurelabs.com, any associated mobile applications, and all services, features, content, and products offered through these platforms (collectively, the "Platform" and the "Services").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Natural Treasure Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the Platform and our Services is available only to persons who satisfy all of the following conditions.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include both you individually and the entity on whose behalf you are acting.
We reserve the right to refuse access to or terminate the account of any User who does not meet the above eligibility requirements or who provides false information in connection with their account.
Certain features of the Platform, including placing orders, accessing order history, and receiving personalised recommendations, require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at dpo@naturaltreasurelabs.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. NTL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or conducted yourself in a manner that is harmful to other users, third parties, or NTL. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Natural Treasure Labs offers a range of nutraceutical and dietary supplement products ("Products") through the Platform. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, usage instructions, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all product information is entirely free from errors or omissions. The Products, content, and information available on the Platform are intended for general wellness and nutritional purposes only. NTL is not a licensed medical practitioner and does not provide medical consultations through the Platform.
All NTL products are manufactured in compliance with applicable regulations of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and other relevant regulatory bodies. Products are labelled in accordance with applicable food labelling requirements. Users are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredient lists, and allergen information before use, and for ensuring that a particular product is suitable for their individual circumstances.
The availability of Products on the Platform is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the sale of any Product at any time. Listing a Product on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee of its availability.
By placing an order on the Platform, you make an offer to purchase the relevant Product(s) at the stated price, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by NTL. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or failure of payment authorisation .An order confirmation sent to your registered email address confirms that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the Product(s) to you.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order, subject to any applicable promotional discounts or offers.
We accept payment through the methods listed on the Platform at the time of checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment modes. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway partners. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise NTL to charge the applicable amount. NTL does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team at customercare@naturaltreasurelabs.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the matter will be governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
We endeavour to deliver Products within the timelines indicated on the Platform at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NTL shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
Delivery is available to addresses within India. International delivery, where offered, shall be subject to additional terms, applicable customs duties, and import regulations of the destination country. Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. NTL accepts no liability for non-delivery or delayed delivery arising from incorrect address details provided by you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
NTL does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

The testimonials, reviews, and case studies displayed on the Platform are illustrative of individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Natural Treasure Labs Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect the receipt of transactional communications.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the arbitration clause below.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof ("Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing of the Dispute.
If the Dispute is not resolved through negotiation within the said period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this Section shall restrict or limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in India. You may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if you have a grievance relating to a Product or Service that has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, NTL has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns relating to the Platform, our Services, and your personal data.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or other relevant authority under applicable law.
NTL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, power failures, internet outages, or disruptions to third-party logistics or supply chains. In such circumstances, NTL's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and NTL shall use reasonable endeavours to resume performance as soon as practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving, as far as possible, the original intent of the parties.
No failure or delay by NTL in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No waiver by NTL of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy (each as published on the Platform from time to time), constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Treasure Labs Private Limited with respect to your use of the Platform and the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
